We spent the second half of 2023 launching a podcast, and testing doing less summits. It did not work out as expected, which is why we lost our momentum with the revenue. The best opportunity is continuing to do more summits, more topics, and other animals. The other options we'd recommend are: Introduce a brand expert for marketing and high-ticket program creation, add a sales team for these programs, launch high-quality pet supplements and products, bundle product launches, and increase sponsorship revenue through long-term contracts
