Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service. You are responsible for your listing and keeping your listing information up to date at all times. You will also be asked to set an asking price for your assets. If the price you have set for your asset is unreasonable compared to average market price or information about the listing is inaccurate or very limited Duuce may prevent the listing from being listed on the site.

Relation Seller/Buyer

Duuce make sellers and buyers meet in order for the Seller to sell a domain, website or any kind of digital product to a potential Buyer. Duuce only purpose is to connect both parties. What happens after that, meaning the payment from the Buyer, and the transfer of domain ownership from the Seller, is outside Duuce responsibilities. As such, Duuce can not be made accountable of any issues arising from the exchange of goods between both parties, such as, but not limited to, a fraudulent/failed payment, or a failed transfer of domain ownership. Duuce is not liable for the taxation of said purchase in buyers and sellers respective tax juridisctions. You warrant and represent to Duuce and to each buyer that:

  • 1. You own the asset or are entitled to sell the asset;
  • 2. You are the owner of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, designs whether registered or not and throughout the world and all other rights, title and interest in the asset;
  • 3. The asset is transferable to a buyer; and
  • 4. Any and all agreements with third parties are transferable to the Buyer.

You must not create a listing for an asset which is:

  • 1. Is obscene, vulgar and/or deemed by Duuce to be offensive;
  • 2. Contains material which infringes the rights of a third party or which assists others to infringe the rights of a third party;
  • 3. Is engaged in activities which contravenes law of any territory; or
  • 4. Duuce deems inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.
