1. Transparency and Trustworthiness

We prioritize transparency and trustworthiness in all interactions on our platform. Buyers and sellers must adhere to our policies and procedures, ensuring that all transactions are conducted through the Duuce selling process. Any attempt to circumvent our platform or engage in unethical behavior will not be tolerated.

Example of Misconduct:

  • Finding the name of a newsletter on Duuce, then reaching out to the owner through other platforms and closing the deal without involving Duuce in the transaction.

2. Respect for Duuce as a Broker

As a marketplace for buying and selling newsletters and digital assets, Duuce acts as a broker facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. We expect all users to recognize and respect our role as a mediator in these transactions. Deals must be conducted through our platform to ensure fairness and accountability.

Example of Misconduct:

  • Not keeping Duuce aware of closing the deal outside of Duuce for a seller with a buyer who messaged them on Duuce first.

3. Commitment to Safety and Security

We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of both buyers and sellers on our platform. To uphold this commitment, we conduct thorough audits of newsletters and digital assets before they are posted for sale. Buyers can trust that the information they purchase is authentic and valuable.

4. Commission and Services

Duuce takes a 10% commission on the seller side, as is standard in brokerage. If a buyer is introduced to a seller through Duuce, the broker is entitled to that commission.

  • For Buyers: Duuce provides the assets, vets the assets for sale, values them, and assists with the contract, escrow, and migration process.
  • For Sellers: Duuce provides leads, assists with negotiations, provides a contract template, offers free escrow services, and helps with migration.

5. Collaboration with Ethical Partners

Duuce seeks to collaborate with trustworthy and ethical individuals and organizations to grow our business and enhance the value we provide to our users. We welcome partnerships with those who share our commitment to integrity and professionalism.

6. Zero Tolerance for Unethical Behavior

We have a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior on our platform. Any user found engaging in activities that violate our Code of Ethics or our terms of service will be subject to immediate action, including blacklisting from our platform.
